About Us

Welcome to 3M Gorseinon Road Runners. We warmly welcome runners of all abilities. We just want everyone to enjoy their running.

We have about 160 members, with a 50% split of men and women and are between the ages of 17 and 85. Many of our members have a great deal of experience and are happy to help you plan your training.
